What we collect

When you submit the form on this site we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, phone number and/or email address, and your apartment preferences (budget, apartment size, neighborhoods, move-in window, pets, parking, must-haves, and any notes). We also record which link brought you here (for example, a TikTok profile link).

Nothing you type is saved unless you submit the form. This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. The page loads its font from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser type when the page opens, but never your form answers.

How we use it

We use your information to have a licensed local leasing specialist contact you by phone, text, or email about your apartment search, and to arrange tours you request. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

To arrange tours or quotes you request, we may share your name and search criteria with the specific building or its management company. Service providers that help us run this site (website hosting and email delivery) process your information on our behalf.

Retention & your choices

We keep your information for as long as needed to help with your search and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. To access, correct, or delete your information, email info@hotspotrentals.com.
